Fresh blog content is vital when it comes to being found in Google. When you choose the Professional, or Shop package we’ll include one (300 word approx.) blog post with an image.

How long will it take to build my site?
We aim to build all sites as quickly as possible. The sooner we receive the relevant information from you, the sooner we can get started on your build.
The maximum time for a Rapid Website build is 3 working days. Starter Website, Professional Website and Website & Shop packages are built within 4 weeks.
Who creates the website copy?
Rapid Website:
Rapid Website does not include any copy written by our Studio Team. We’ll be in contact with you, to request up to 800 words for the main body of your website. All copy provided will be proofread by us, before it touches your website – it always helps to have an extra pair of eyes!
Starter Website, Professional Website and Website & Shop:
We’ll write your copy for you. We’ll ask you a series of questions about what you would like to achieve and how we should be presenting your ideas and then we’ll get to work. When your website is ready, we’ll send it to you to review. If you spot anything you’d like to change, you can simply let us know and we’ll make all the changes for you.
Can I supply my own images?
You can provide high resolution images like your logo, photographs or illustrations and we will incorporate these into your website. Alternatively, relevant stock photographs can also be used and are included in your build price.
Will I be No.1 in Google?
An SEO optimised site helps your website to start ranking within Google, however it does not guarantee getting to position one. It’s important to note that your site may take time to index in Google also. There are plenty of ways you can try to improve your website’s ranking such as:
Regularly update and add fresh content to your site
Add internal links and develop external links back to your site
Attract as many visitors as possible via advertising, social media etc.

How can I update my site?
If you opt for a Rapid Website build, without Website Maintenance, any updates can be made via your Online Control Panel (WordPress).
With any of our other build packages, just complete your Website Maintenance Service form and let us know exactly what you need – we’ll take care of it. Our turnaround time for these updates is a maximum of 48 hours, so you can relax knowing your website is in good hands.
Can I have extra pages added each month?
Of course! If you realise you need an extra page, after your website has been built and is live, we can help! We will build as many pages as you need and include professional-written, SEO-friendly content. As this would be an add-on, we will provide you with a bespoke quote, after a consultation.
What if I need a bigger website?
We offer a range of packages to suit all businesses and budgets and we offer add-ons too including more pages, copy, images and shop products that can increase the overall impact of your website. You can discuss your requirements with your account manager and they will provide a quote for any additional services you need.
